Training Itinerary Sunday - Arrival Day - Shake Down Ride
Monday - Day 1 - 100km / 1800m - Tuscany of Valencia Tuesday - Day 2 - 150km / 2500m - 50km of Puerto del Peregri Wed - Day 3 - Mountain Time Trial + Recovery coffee ride (50km) Thursday - Day 4 - 160k / 3200m - Queen Stage including the Carresqueta and Font Roja Climbs Friday - Day 5 - 80k/ 2000m - Including the Contador Climb Alt del Campello Saturday - Day 6 - 120km / 2200m - Including Reconco de Biar (highest road climb in the region) Shorter Guided Rides will be available every day.
