The days are long, bright blue and sunny for much of the year and there's always time to complete the days scheduled riding and leave some time for relaxing before dinner in the evening.

Sunrise can be later than 08:00 and it can be cooler in the mornings during the winter months, so the days activities are sometimes best started later.

08:00 - 8:30 - Start Breakfast in the comedor or terrace in the sun

09:00 - 9:30 - Final bike checks and a pre ride departure courtyard espresso

09:15 - 10:00 -Depart from the Finca for days riding
Lunch at the Casa or Mid ride -
15:00 - 17:00 Post Ride Recovery or Pool time

19:00 - Pre dinner aperitifs at the Finca

19:30/20:00 - Dinner

Afternoons in July and August can be hot, so sometimes it's better to start rides earlier and finish to take advantage of the cooler mountain morning's.
