About the event
Please note that our Pilot Week and opening season prices are for our family rooms, which each have two beautiful double/twin bedrooms and a private bathroom.
The special pilot-week-only price of £345 per person is based on two guests sharing a bedroom. If you are booking individually we may allocate you a room with another guest of the same sex. The maximum number of guests is 8.
Payment should be made in full to secure this trip.
Guests participating in the special Pilot Week will be asked to test our services and provide constructive feedback. Guests may also be asked to ride our bikes, wear our jerseys, stop at the sights on the itinerary, ride our planned routes (typically 60-100km), and pose politely for photos and videos.
Escapar requests that photographs and videos, likenesses or images, of participants taken during the Pilot Week may be used by Escapar without remuneration in all media for reasonable marketing purposes. Guests will be asked to confirm that they consent to these terms.
Group airport transfers
Airport transfers for the Pilot Week trip are scheduled as follows:
Flight Arrivals at Alicante Airport on Saturday 23 March from 18.00 - 19.30
Flight Departures from Alicante Airport on Saturday 30 March from 11.00 - 12.30.
Please contact us if your preferred flight falls outside of these times as we may be able to offer some flexibility, alternatively we can arrange a private transfer for an additional fee.
